This class was created after responding to my own desire and rugged commitment to develop a trusted meditation practice for myself. Here, I share what I've learned, along with tips and tools to support you in anchoing a daily meditation practice that works for you and brings spaciousness and peace to your daily life.

We’ll be using The SIT Method to achieve this:

Course Experience:

You will also learn to use The Everyday Meditation Method Journal to help investigate, recalibrate and learn from your practice so it can evolve with you. There is a built in space to meet and move through the inevitable disruption when resistance arises, and what to do to get back to sitting daily.

The Course will focus on:

Week One: Setting intention and differentiating expectation from intention, while learning how to use and apply The Everyday Meditation Method.

Week Two: Recalibrating your practice. We’ll look at what is working, what is not working and make adjustments to meet your needs and discoveries.

Week Three: What to do when resistance arrives? We’ll talk about why resistance is inevitable and what to do with it.

Week Four: Trusting yourself and setting up your next 30 Day Practice, to keep your Everyday going.
